Our conversion tools read and process selected files in your browser. The site does not send their contents or converted results to a file-processing server. We do not keep a server-side copy of these files or offer file recovery.

Results are held temporarily in the page. Save any downloads you need before closing or refreshing the tab. Downloaded files remain on your device until you remove them; browser or device backups are controlled by your own settings.

Website requests

Loading the site sends normal network requests to the hosting infrastructure. These requests can include an IP address, browser information, requested URL, request time, and referrer information supplied by your browser. Hosting providers may process request logs to deliver and secure the website. These requests are separate from the files selected in the conversion tools.

Browser storage and preferences

The site saves your selected light or dark appearance in local storage under the key mffc-theme. This preference stays in your browser and is not used to identify you across websites. You can clear it using your browser's site-data settings. Without a saved preference, the site uses your device's appearance setting.

The current application does not set advertising or analytics cookies. Your browser may cache site assets such as fonts, scripts, and images to load the site faster.

Advertising and analytics

The current version does not load an analytics tracker or AdSense. Advertisement placeholders do not serve ads or perform ad tracking. If advertising or analytics is introduced, we will update this policy and provide any required privacy choices before enabling it.

Messages you send us

If you email us, your email provider and the receiving email service process the message. Your address, message, and any attachments may be available to us for responding to your request. Email is separate from local file conversion. Please describe problems without sending private files, passwords, or sensitive personal information.

Contact information should be used to handle your enquiry. If you want us to delete correspondence, contact us with enough information to identify it; applicable retention obligations and the email provider's backup processes may affect deletion.

Your choices

You decide which files to select and whether to send a message. You can clear browser storage and delete saved downloads through your device settings. Depending on the laws that apply to you, you may have rights concerning personal information held about you. Contact us to ask about access, correction, or deletion of information in correspondence. We cannot retrieve locally processed conversion files.

Third-party services and security

External websites and email services have their own privacy practices. Local processing reduces the need to share file contents, but it does not protect against an untrusted device, malicious browser extension, or someone with access to your downloads. Use a device and browser you trust.
